As part of debt restructuring, the bank had a requirement for the client to develop a management reporting system, since there was no transparency in the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. The client did not consolidate the results of work of 5 legal entities, the information system often contained incorrect data, many processes were not automated, and financial statements were compiled for the tax authorities only
