We are delighted to announce GREEN as the owner of the first place of Headhunter’s Russian Employer Ranking for 2021 among companies having 100 to 250 employees.
The award reflects employers’ assessment according to three indicators:
1. Evaluation by HR specialists of the effectiveness and expertise of the HR function in the company;
2. Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS) – internal assessment of the company’s employees.
3. External evaluation showing the desire of the applicants to work for a company.
GREEN also entered the TOP-50 of all companies in the Russian Federation as the “Most Loyal Employees”.
