Kirill Shvets, GREEN’s CEO, delivered a master class in Russian PPP Week 2020

Kirill Shvets, GREEN’s CEO, took part in Russian PPP Week 2020, where he delivered a master class on “Working Through Technical Aspects of Private Concession Initiatives at Highway Construction Projects and Achieving Balance Between Costs and Results”. Conference participants listened to Kirill’s insights on the importance of the project’s technical considerations in order to prepare for a private concession initiative. Kirill spoke about collecting and analysing data, preparing highway tracing proposals, designing technical and economic parameters for the highway, and estimating the construction and operation budget.
