Medscan Group has chosen GREEN to design the standard building type for the largest chain of multifunctional medical centers in Russia. The cooperation agreement on the project was signed on 03.02.2022.
The large-scale project involves the creation of more than 70 multifunctional medical centers in the largest cities of Russia. It is planned that medical centers will serve needs of an outpatient department for children and adults, an operating unit and a 40-bed hospital. The medical cent will have a throughput of more than 130,000 visits per year.
All facilities will be designed using BIM (Building Information Model) in compliance with the ESG factors.
