The Khabarovsk Territory hosted the opening ceremony of automobile traffic on the first high-speed highway in the Far East “Khabarovsk Bypass”.
The project is being implemented by the Russian infrastructure holding VIS Group. GREEN performed the functions of construction control of the developer and technical expert of the Concession Provider and the financing organization.
The “Khabarovsk Bypass” is more than 27 kilometers of modern roadway, 3 bridges and 21 overpasses, 5 transport interchanges. The total length of the created transport infrastructure is more than 52 kilometers. The project is of strategic importance for the entire Far Eastern Federal District. The new transport artery will increase the capacity of the road network by 2,000 cars per hour. It will contribute to the creation of a single logistics corridor Chita – Vladivostok.
The project is implemented in the format of a concession, the investor is the VIS Group, the financial partner is Gazprombank.
