For the implementation of the project and independent control during the construction, WHSD involves a supervisory consultant

• Analysis of title and permissive, design, and working documentation for adjustment/extension/receipt/development
• Analysis of contractual documentation
• Analysis of the schedule of work, taking into account the volume of work actually performed and to be performed
• Analysis of construction readiness of the project as a whole and by work areas
• Analysis and reporting of events and results of the construction monitoring program, which may be of material interest to project creditors
• Analysis of the construction budget for compliance with planned and actual costs (in the context of budget items and terms) with application of the register of payments and indication of the source of financing, possible problems, and recommendations for resolution
• Analysis of reporting documents by the cost of work performed and supply and installation of equipment
• Control of target spending of bank credit funds
• Analysis of the cost of the remaining work and supply and installation of equipment necessary for commissioning of the facility, taking into account tender proposals
