SKK LLC entered into a concession agreement, according to which SKK was granted the right to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the bridge crossing over the Ob River in line with Ippodromskaya street in Novosibirsk
For implementation of the project and independent technical control during the construction of the highway, SKK involved construction control
Tasks
- Quality control of used construction materials, products, structures, and equipment
- Control of compliance with technology and quality of construction and installation, including control of compliance with approved working documentation
- Control of compliance by the general contractor with the construction schedule
- Verification of implementation by the contractor of control measures to comply with the rules of warehousing and storage of used products
- Verification of compliance of the completed construction facility with the requirements of the design and working documentation, the results of engineering surveys, the requirements of the urban development plan of the land plot, and the requirements of technical regulations
