SZKK, LLC entered into a concession agreement, according to which SZKK is granted the right to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the 15 – 58 km section of the Moscow – St. Petersburg highway:

• For implementation of the project and independent technical control during the construction of the highway, SZKK sought a technical expert

Audit of previously completed work:

• Check of the quality of work performed
• Verification of completeness and proper execution of executive documentation for finished work
• Elimination of identified problems with subsequent issuance of a corrective actions report at the end of the warranty period

Construction:

Inspection of working documentation, final approval with Approved for construction stamp. Construction control, including:

• Control of incoming materials and finished structures to the construction site
• Control of compliance with technology and quality of construction and installation work, including compliance of construction and installation work with approved working documentation
• Control of compliance by the general contractor with the construction schedule
• Verification of information provided in the draft application for payment

• Construction completed on time
• Working movement launched
