In accordance with the requirements of the Bank, it is necessary to engage an independent technical consultant to perform a construction audit and financial and technical monitoring of the contract

The GREEN team analyzed the main parameters of the concluded contract, including the following:

• The analysis of the construction period was carried out, and the required amount of labor costs and specialized equipment for the performance of a complex of works was determined
• The analysis of the cost of the contract was carried out, the profitability of the project was determined

Monitoring of spending the funds as per their intended purpose covered by the bank’s guarantee was carried out

The bank guarantee was issued to the client, and during the monitoring the possible risks of disclosure of the bank guarantee were indicated to the Bank
