The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is financing a large-scale program to modernize water supply and sanitation systems in large cities and regions of Uzbekistan

Regular monitoring of projects by an independent engineering company is required to regularly evaluate the activities of project participants, control the spending of funds, identify problems and assess risks in a timely manner. The EBRD has hired GREEN to perform these functions until 2025

The GREEN team carries out regular trips to the project implementation sites in Uzbekistan, and also analyzes the technical, financial and procurement projects documentation

As part of the quarterly reports for the EBRD, GREEN experts provide assessments and recommendations regarding:

• Procurement procedures
• Changes in the projects composition and cost
• Environmental and social activities
• Compliance with the rules and policies of the EBRD in the projects implementation
