Leading Russian engineering companies have created a national association of technical customers - "NOTECH"

GREEN Engineering & Consulting has become one of the founders of the National Association of Technical Customers and Other Organizations in the Field of Engineering and Construction Management (“NOTECH”).

The key task of this organization will be the development of the construction engineering market. The association will develop a unified standard for the activities of a technical customer, common approaches to determining its functional and qualification requirements, and mechanisms for insurance of risks and liability.

The work of the association will contribute to the systematic reduction of construction risks for the customer. The construction industry is developing confidently, the volumes, tasks and complexity of construction are growing, while classic problems - missed deadlines, poor-quality construction and installation work, project cost overruns - are inherent in most construction projects. Dealing with the natural cause of their occurrence – poor quality of management – will become one of the main tasks of the national association.

“The creation of the NOTECH is a big step towards creating a civilized technical customer market, especially in the middle segment of investment projects with a budget of up to 5 billion rubles.
