Opening of the multifunctional sports and leisure complex SKA Arena

An ice arena built under a concession agreement between the city government and SKA Arena LLC was opened in St. Petersburg.

SKA Arena has the status of the largest ice arena in the world.

The multifunctional complex is designed for:
  •  training and competitions in ice hockey and figure skating;
  •  concert and cultural events of commercial and social orientation;
  •  exhibitions, forums, presentations, conferences;
  •  competitions in power martial arts and game sports.

SKA Arena in St. Petersburg is designed for 21.5 thousand fans.

On the adjacent land plot of over 12 hectares, a park has been created with the opportunity to hold outdoor cultural events, sports, quiet family recreation and walks with children.

As part of the project implementation, GREEN team provided financial and technical audit and monitoring services for the investment project from 2020 to 2023.
