The construction of the new Yandex headquarters is underway

The construction of#nbsp;the new Yandex headquarters is#nbsp;underway. The object is#nbsp;located in#nbsp;Moscow on#nbsp;the site of#nbsp;the former Korston Hotel. The new office building will include multi-level underground parking for 1,600 cars, conference rooms and a#nbsp;sports area with a#nbsp;swimming pool. On#nbsp;the lower floors, it#nbsp;is#nbsp;planned to#nbsp;place souvenir shops, cafes, pharmacies and beauty salons available to#nbsp;everyone.

Office spaces will be#nbsp;located on#nbsp;floors 3 to#nbsp;15. In#nbsp;addition to#nbsp;the office areas, the new building will include presentation halls, classrooms, a#nbsp;lecture hall and a#nbsp;museum of#nbsp;computer technology.

The total area of#nbsp;the building will exceed 262,000 sq. m.

GREEN provides financial and technical audit and monitoring of#nbsp;the contract concluded between the investor and the general contractor.

At#nbsp;present monolithic works, installation of#nbsp;metal structures and installation of#nbsp;internal engineering systems are continuing.

Completion of#nbsp;construction and commissioning of#nbsp;the facility is#nbsp;scheduled for mid-2024.
